Because grass-fed longhorn is super lean - these are 1/2 ground grass-fed longhorn and 1/2 ground pastured pork
Ingredients
fire up the grill and clean the grate
combine the longhorn and the pork and make into patties. I put a thumb print divot in the top of each pattie to help keep them from getting so fat when they cook.
place on the grill and leave them alone for a few minutes. When they release cleanly from the grill it's time to turn them over. I use an instant read thermometer- when they're 165 I pull them and serve. enjoy!
